I’m a therapist at Resilient Brain Prescott and an LAC.

I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC-T) with advanced training in human sexuality and somatic counseling, and a rich background in education, behavioral health, substance use, and process addictions. I work with teens and adults who are navigating life’s big challenges—grief and loss, relationship struggles, identity exploration, recovery, and self-esteem hurdles.

I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying deep loss, standing in the middle of uncertainty, or questioning who you are. As a Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care provider and Gottman Level 1 Therapist, I combine research-based strategies with genuine, heartfelt support to help you heal, grow, and strengthen your connections.

My counseling space is LGBTQ+ affirming, safe, and nonjudgmental—a place where you can show up exactly as you are and know you’ll be seen, heard, and respected.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, blending somatic awareness, relationship insights, and client-led exploration. My goal is to help you feel grounded in who you are, confident in your choices, and empowered to create the life and relationships you truly deserve.
