I’m a therapist at Resilient Brain and an LMSW.
I'm a therapist at Resilient Brain Prescott, proudly serving clients across Arizona. Based in the Valley, I offer in-person sessions in Scottsdale, as well as virtual for those who prefer.
Originally from North Dakota, I’ve called Arizona home since 2016. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University in New York and began my career in community mental health. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for how trauma and chronic stress impact the brain—and how these experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.
When our brains and bodies are overwhelmed, it can interfere with our ability to feel safe, connected, and understood. This insight has guided my work with individuals and families, especially in helping parents and children better attune to one another and in supporting adults as they explore how early attachment wounds continue to affect their present-day relationships.
In therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Therapy. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can examine the protective stories you've carried, reconnect with your boundaries and values, and begin living a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
I’m currently accepting clients ages 15 and up, with availability in the mornings, evenings, and weekends.
In a world where comparison is constant, I believe in helping people reconnect with their unique strengths and inner wisdom. Whether you're looking to rewrite your narrative, deepen your self-awareness, or simply need space to pause and be heard—I’m here to support you on your path to greater clarity, peace, and fulfillment.
